Tishman Hotel Corporation Extends Its Commitment To Outstanding Service, Engages Guest Check LLC

Luxury and High-end Hotel and Resort Specialist to Provide Regular Service and Facilities Inspections

Guest Check Tishman Hotel Corporation (THC) announced the conclusion of a definitive agreement to retain hospitality inspection specialist Guest Check LLC, of Denver, Colorado, to provide on-going service and facilities inspections for its portfolio of properties.

With properties across the US and in the Caribbean, THC has engaged Guest Check to help both on-site property managers and Tishman executives to monitor property service delivery and adherence to quality standards, to identify staff training needs and to review facility condition. Tishman properties will receive regular inspections of all service areas, physical facilities, food and beverage outlets and guest activities. THC properties are known for maintenance of high standards and these inspections are an integral part of Tishman's quality initiatives.

The agreement concludes an intensive 6 month review of inspection service providers by Tishman. 'We reviewed many of the providers of inspection services and finally selected Guest Check. They provide detailed management-focused inspection reports and utilize experienced professional inspectors, all at a competitive price point,' comments Jim Biggar, THC Senior Vice President.

Rather than having each of its properties contract and manage inspections individually, Tishman executives opted for a standardized approach. This approach provides standard measures across properties, while allowing for property specific differences. Tishman management may review individual property performance as well as compare performance across properties.
