Inn at a Glance has officially launched Version 2 of its web-based, hospitality-management solution.
This dashboard software now has multi-property capabilities, allowing owners or managers of multiple hotels to stay up-to-date on each location. By toggling back and forth between properties, hoteliers will be able to maintain an overview of their entire product inventory – especially if they are off-site.
Additional features now built into the dashboard include:
- ‘Executive Summary’ function allows owners, general managers and department heads to view daily updates compiled under the Departmental Bulletin Board;
- The ability to upload documents to the Reminders section of the dashboard (e.g. event registration, announcements);
- Customizable Date and Departmental Bulletin Board allows users to organize the dashboard to best meet their needs.
Introductory license pricing has been set at $2,500 per property, with technical support and hosting payments at no charge through the end of 2010. Reduced rates for multiple property groups are available. A 30-day free trial is offered.
