TeleAdapt Partners with HotSpot International to Serve Mexico/Central America’s Hospitality Market

New Agreement Means Locally Available Products, And Support for Hotels in Mexico and Central America

TeleAdapt TeleAdapt, a global supplier of Internet, media and power connectivity products to the hospitality industry, is pleased to announce a new partner in keeping hotel guests connected.  HotSpot International (HSI), one of the leaders in deployment of full turnkey managed high-speed Internet access solutions for the hotel industry, has signed an agreement with TeleAdapt, appointing them as a Value Added Distributor of TeleAdapt products for Mexico/Central America and the Caribbean.  This new agreement means hotels in these markets will have local and immediate access to their widely popular connectivity products such as MediaHub™, Pull-Through Pro™ and DeskPoint™ as well as installation and technical assistance though HotSpot International local offices and Customer Service Center.

“We are excited to represent the TeleAdapt group here in Mexico” said Louie Miller, CEO and founder of HotSpot.  “TeleAdapt solves many of the power, audio, video and Internet problems that often hinder the delivery of a quality guest experience.”

HotSpot International focuses only on the hospitality industry, thus understands the connectivity needs of the guests and visitors alike. Miller explains further: “The market segment we service is frequented by national and foreign travelers with disposable income, having purchased one or more mobile entertainment or Internet connectivity products. This is driving the need for the hotel to offer infrastructure to support connectivity of all types in the room and throughout the property.”

For immediate delivery, HSI carries TeleAdapt wired and wireless Internet access products, audio and video connectivity panels and power adapters.   Hotels interested in purchasing a TeleAdapt connectivity solution will be able to source products locally as well as receive support in the installation and configuration of the equipment.  HotSpot International also offers a trial period on most of the products, allowing customers to test the equipment on property.

Hotels all over the world turn to TeleAdapt for cutting edge, hotel-friendly technology that is proven effective in improving guest satisfaction. TeleAdapt vice president Neil Betterton adds, “We are excited to partner with HotSpot International. This new reseller partnership simply makes evaluating, purchasing and installing our products much more efficient for the hotelier in this region.”
