Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. Promotes Four General Managers

BILOXI, Miss., March 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISLE) officials announced today the promotion of four of the company's general managers

Isle Of Capri J. Jeff King has accepted the position of vice president and general manager for the company's Lula, Miss. property. King, who currently serves as vice president and general manager for the Boonville, Mo. property, has been with the company since July 2001.

Prior to joining the Isle, King served as senior vice president and general manager of Harrah's Hotel & Casino, Vicksburg, Miss. He also held the position of general manager of Grand Casino, Coushatta, La.

King was awarded a bachelor's of science in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg. He received his license as a certified public accountant in 1990.

Kim Hardy has accepted the position of vice president and general manager for the Boonville, Mo. property. Hardy currently serves as vice president and general manager for the Marquette, Iowa property. He has been with the Isle since the company acquired the Marquette casino in May 2000. Hardy served as general manager of the Miss Marquette Riverboat Casino beginning in 1998.

Prior to joining the Isle, Hardy held executive positions with the Reno Hilton and Hilton Casino in New Orleans. Hardy's educational background is in criminal justice.

Michael J. Hirsch has accepted the position of vice president and general manager for the Black Hawk, Co. property. Hirsch, who currently serves as vice president and general manager for the Bettendorf, Iowa property, has been with the company since 1996.

Prior to his appointment as general manager of Bettendorf, Hirsch served as senior director of finance for the property. He has held several casino finance positions for companies in Bossier City, La. and Laughlin and Las Vegas, Nev.

Hirsch was awarded a bachelor's of science in business from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He is also a certified public accountant.

Nancy Donovan has accepted the position of vice president and general manager of the Bettendorf, Iowa property in addition to her current responsibilities as vice president and general manager for the company's Rhythm City Casino in Davenport, Iowa.

Donovan has been with the company since 1997 and has more than 18 years experience in the hospitality and casino industry. She has held executive positions with Lady Luck Gaming Corporation, Hyatt Grand Victoria Casino & Resort, Rising Sun, Indiana and Jumer's Casino Rock Island, Illinois.

Donovan was awarded a bachelor's of science from Iowa State University- Ames. She is also a graduate of Tom McCarthy's Hotel Professional Education Series and the University of Nevada's executive development program.
