Location:     Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, 3400 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV

“We have a very specific objective for this event; it’s not a pitch conference or a hack or an investment event.  Travel Traction is all about industry education, and it’s a natural fit for OpenTravel,” says Stephen Joyce, CEO of Rezgo and chair of the OpenTravel board of directors.  “Because we serve all segments of the travel industry, we have broad insight into how distribution in the travel industry works, and it’s the right thing for us to do to create this forum and facilitate shared knowledge.”

Travel Traction has received great support from several forward-thinking companies in the travel industry, including Sabre, SITA, and VaultPad, and from Tnooz as its media partner.

“Travel is one of the most dynamic industries to work in; perhaps that’s why it attracts so many players who rarely leave.  For newcomers looking to enter the industry, Travel Traction is a great opportunity to get the low-down on who’s who in the industry, innovation opportunities, and challenges that face the industry,” says M. Sean Arena, Director of Online Travel and Emerging Business at Sabre.  “Sabre has a proven track record of leadership in providing innovative technology to the travel industry, pioneering online travel in the 1990’s and launching the world’s first B2B apps store for the travel industry last year.  We look forward to meeting leading and emerging businesses who will help drive continued innovation in the travel industry.”
