Custom shirts are one of the best marketing tools available and embroidery is the most popular method of decoration for polo shirts, golf shirts and button front woven shirts. Logo embroidered shirts convey an image of professionalism and have always been a great way to build brand recognition or to promote a business, product, cause, or institution. They can be used for both indoor and outdoor events and many brands offer shirts in matching men’s and women’s styles (also known as companion styles). Crooked Brook is offering a 20% discount off the following custom embroidered shirts from 8/06/12 thru 08/13/12 with no minimum:
Custom Embroidered Polo Shirts – Polo shirts are also called “polos” or tennis shirts and they became so popular on golf courses, people started calling them golf shirts. Although the words “polo shirts” and “golf shirts” are used interchangeably, the term “polo shirts” is more popular. In the sport of polo, polo shirts are called polo jerseys. Because polo shirts are more casual than button down shirt and dressier than a t shirt, many employers utilize polo shirts as part of a business casual uniform. Polo shirts embroidered with a company logo given as gifts or giveaways are called promotional polo shirts. Some of the most recognized brands of polo shirts are: Ralph Lauren, Fred Perry, Adidas, Izod Lacoste and Tommy Hilfiger.
Custom Embroidered Golf Shirts – Golf shirts offer the professionalism of a dress shirt and the comfort of a t-shirt. Although the words “golf shirt” and “polo shirt” are used interchangeably, and the term “polo shirt” is more popular, some people prefer the term golf shirts. Golf shirts embroidered with a company logo given as gifts or giveaways are called promotional golf shirts. Some of the most recognized brands of golf shirts are: Nike, Adidas, Ping, Greg Norman, Tiger Woods, Izod and Arnold Palmer.
Custom Embroidered Shirts – Button down shirts, Oxford shirts, denim shirts, chambray shirts work shirts, and camp shirts. The shirt was an item of men’s underwear until the twentieth century and in the eighteenth century, instead of underpants; men “relied on the long tails of shirts … to serve the function of drawers (Yow!!).
Embroidered T-Shirts – Custom t-shirts are one of the most inexpensive yet cost effective marketing tools available. Although the most popular method of customizing t-shirts is screen printing, followed by Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, t-shirts can also be embroidered.
Even though embroidery is the most popular method of decoration for polo shirts, golf shirts and button front woven shirts, it is not suitable for all logos or designs because more often than not, the artwork was designed for print. With print, letters can be much smaller and colors can be incorporated more fluidly than with embroidery. Shirts weighing less than 5.5 ounces cannot be embroidered which eliminates the lightest weight shirts and those made in performance fabrics from your choices. Therefore, in some cases, printed shirts are a better option and a lower cost alternative to embroidered t-shirts.
After Crooked Brook reviews the customers design or logo, they will discuss which method of customization is best for their situation.
