Sceptre Hospitality Resources Continues to Grow CRS Clients With Addition Of BroughtonHOTELS Group

WindsurferCRS Connects Hotels with More Top-line Revenues

Sceptre Hospitality Resources Sceptre Hospitality Resources today announced the addition of 12 properties from the broughtonHOTELS portfolio. This new service agreement began back in February 2013 with a single property and a request to not only move to the WindsurferCRS platform, but to also work on enhancements to the hotel’s PMS interface and booking engine based on needs of the property. 

The Windsurfer team has worked the past couple of months to meet the requirements of the broughtonHOTELS group. These enhancements will provide chain level management for each hotel’s inventory and rates and provide them features that did not exist with the previous CRS provider. Once all enhancements were complete, the remaining 11 properties transitioned from their previous provider and all are currently live on the Windsurfer platform.
