Hotel Brokers International Donohoe Real Estate Services announces the sale of 1025 15th Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. The Buyer, Honeybee Hospitality, LLC was represented by Charlotte Seale, Associate Broker of Donohoe Hotel Advisory Group.

The Beaux Arts Building originally built in 1895 and completely renovated in 1990 was sold for $9.5 million. The nine story 29,000s.f. building is well located in downtown CBD on the corner of 15th & L Street, N.W. in Washington, D.C.

Honeybee Hospitality, LLC ("Buyer") plans to convert the office building to an Independent Hotel. "The Buyers seized this rare opportunity to acquire a vacant office building with zoning adaptable to Hotel Use in the heart of the D.C. Central Business District," said Charlotte Seale.
