Erica Arnold is Vice President of HVS Executive Search Denver, Colorado.
Erica joined HVS as a consulting and valuation analyst in 2006 and has provided consulting and financial appraisal studies for properties throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Erica’s hotel operations experience includes; group/leisure sales, hotel/spa operations, revenue management, quantitative/statistical analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and property management systems. In 2010 Erica joined the Executive Search practice where she specializes in senior and mid-management level search in both the hotel and restaurant industries. She is the author of numerous articles and market studies in the hospitality industry. Erica is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She serves as a career advisor for alumni and students of her alma mater and volunteers to interview perspective students in her region.
Greg Palmer is Senior Vice President with HVS Executive Search in Orlando, Florida.
Greg has more than 30 years of relevant leadership experience within the hospitality industry. Prior to joining HVS, he was Chief People Officer and Head of IT for Peter Piper, Inc., a venture capital-owned international restaurant entertainment concept based in Phoenix. Prior to his time with Peter Piper, Greg spent 9 years in retained executive search within the restaurant, retail, foodservice and food manufacturing industries. Greg also spent 11 years at PepsiCo where he held progressively more responsible operations, L&D and human resource positions. After PepsiCo, Greg headed Human Resources and Training for the Contract Food Service Division of a multi-concept public restaurant and contract food service company, DAKA International, Inc. He subsequently became Senior Vice President of Human Resources for a $500 million privately held contract and food manufacturing concern based in Northeast Ohio before entering the executive search industry. Nikki Mercer is Senior Vice President of HVS Executive Search in Atlanta, Georgia.
Nikki brings twenty-five years of sales, marketing and business development experience to her executive recruiting role. Prior to joining HVS, Nikki owned and operated her own executive search firm where she served as both business partner and consultant to her clients in the Consumer Products industry. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President for a hospitality recruiting firm and also spent time at a global search firm conducting C-level searches across several industries and developing a broad base of executive relationships. Nikki was also co-owner of a medical device consulting company where she leveraged her earlier career in enterprise-wide healthcare computing. Nikki is passionate about her non-profit work and currently serves on the Board of Overseers for Duke’s Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Board of Directors for Communities in Schools of Georgia. She also served for seven years as a board member and fundraiser for Children’s Home Society of California and also helped establish the Dix Visionaries, a Raleigh, North Carolina, non-profit 5013C, committed to saving and preserving 300 acres of historic land as a statewide urban park. Diane Hilton is Senior Vice President of HVS Executive Search in Dallas, Texas.
Diane brings more than twenty years of recruiting and business development with middle management and C- to Board level executives. Diane started her own company, Hilton Research, in 1993, which focused on recruiting, research and business development in the hospitality, leisure and gaming industries. Diane has also provided talent acquisition to other companies within the hospitality, leisure and gaming industries, and other industries. In 1997, Diane was chosen to assist GTE (n/k/a Verizon) in the relocation of their corporate offices from Connecticut to Texas. As a Senior Recruiter, she was put in charge of developing the policies and procedures for the creation of an internal recruitment department, along with conducting executive recruitment. From 1999 to 2001, through Hilton Research, she also provided GTE with up to 15 contract recruiters to continue their talent acquisition recruitment efforts in multiple divisions including International, Corporate and Field Operations. Diane is a graduate of Endicott College with a degree in Business and Marketing.
