The refreshed guest experience begins on arrival with the option of quick and convenient check-in via smartphone. Almost 350 Marriott hotels globally, including the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli, offer both digital check-in and check-out, giving guests greater flexibility.
In addition, technology has been injected into the meetings experience with Red Coat Direct, a digital concierge that allows meeting organisers to edit meeting requests with a touch of a button without ever leaving the meeting room, and Meetings Imagined, a new digital platform with inspiring ideas, top tips and case studies enabling meeting planners to customise their events.
