The NSN Group The NSN Group has announced that it is accepting registrations for the next HOTELS INNOVATE™ forum, to be held on Friday, September 19, 2014 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm at Midtown Loft and Terrace, 267 Fifth Avenue, New York.

“After success in Miami, we are really excited to bring HOTELS INNOVATE™ to New York City, which is home to such a vibrant and diverse hospitality scene,” said Nikita Sarkar, Founder and CEO of The NSN Group. “This year all indicators for the hospitality industry have been positive and we believe it’s important and relevant to have these types of stimulating discussions that generate growth and opportunities. All our speakers are inspiring leaders and celebrities in their own right, and the audience comprises senior executives that add value to the discussion via active interaction. The smaller attendance allows candid conversations to take place, and the overall experience is curated for the most benefit from the speakers’, the sponsors’, and the audience members’ perspectives.”

HOTELS INNOVATE™ is designed to bring together the most creative minds in the hospitality industry, to present their perspectives on relevant trends ranging from real estate development to hotel branding, highlighting innovations in design, technology, products, and services that are driving the next stage of hospitality projects.  It presents a unique opportunity for attendees to collaborate, share, learn, and gain valuable insight on cutting-edge ideas among an intimate gathering of like-minded professionals in an informal, unconventional setting.

HOTELS INNOVATE™ NYC's half-day format offers timely and relevant panel discussions by a distinguished roster of speakers, an intimate gathering of like-minded professionals, ample networking opportunities followed by rooftop cocktails against the backdrop of a beautiful Manhattan skyline on an autumn afternoon.

Mr. Danziger and Mr. Lesser share insights from their careers spanning the breadth of the hospitality industry, as well as discuss how lifestyle brands and other innovative hotel concepts are created, and where the growth opportunities are in light of emerging market trends and changing consumer demographics.

There will be an opening presentation by Donna Keren, Senior Vice President for Research and Analysis for NYC & Company. Ms. Keren will present an update on the parameters and leading indicators of the city’s travel economy especially as they affect the hotel sector.

Anita Durst, Founder and Artistic Director, chashama will give special remarks highlighting ART+REAL ESTATE. There will be an interactive component with artist Muffinhead.

The first HOTELS INNOVATE™ was held on March 14, 2014 at the Miami Center for Architecture and Design. Attendees and speakers agreed that the event was a great success.

Seth Gadinsky, who attended the event in Miami, praised the presentations and subsequent conversations: “One afternoon, two sessions with breaks and food available all the time was just right. The fact that the conference attendees were curated made the networking easier.”

Michael Adams, who moderated a panel in Miami, had this to say: “Thanks for putting together once again a well-organized, informative event that brought together impressive heavyweights from hospitality to share their wisdom and experience with the audience (many of whom were impressive themselves). The result was a high-energy event that served both as an educational platform and an electric networking opportunity.”
