Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. Sells Continental Inn in Bowling Green, Kentucky

The 99-room independent hotel occupies a highly visible exit location at exit #28 on I-65 south situated near the GM Corvette Assembly Plant, the National Corvette Museum and the new NCM Motorsports Park driving facility. Huff, Niehaus represented the Seller in this transaction.

Hotel Brokers International Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., a member of Hotel Brokers International, is pleased to announce the sale of the Continental Inn of Bowling Green, Inc. in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  The 99-room independent hotel occupies a highly visible exit location at exit #28 on I-65 south situated near the GM Corvette Assembly Plant, the National Corvette Museum and the new NCM Motorsports Park driving facility.  Huff, Niehaus represented the Seller in this transaction.  The hotel was sold for $975,000 which included a leased Jerry’s Restaurant.  The hotel was purchased by a Bowling Green-based owner and operator.  The buyer plans to improve the hotel and expects to spend over $600,000 on renovations.
