Graves Hospitality Graves Hospitality (GH) today announced that it has received the Metropolitan Airports Commission Board’s unanimous vote to award GH the sole right to own, develop and manage the first full-service hotel at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

GH will enter into a ground lease on the parcel next to the U.S. Postal Service facility, prominently located on the roadway to Lindbergh Terminal. As a result, the hotel will be conveniently connected to the main terminal via skyway – with its own security check point, allowing guests to freely move between the terminal and the hotel.

“The hotel’s positioning offers the best of both worlds,” President and CEO of Graves Hospitality, Benjamin Graves, explained. “Easy access for both vehicles arriving locally and travelers coming from the airport, means this hotel, with its beautiful spa, destination dining and exceptional meeting/event spaces will be a very valuable asset for both travelers and the local community,” Graves continued.

The GH team, including PCL Construction, RSP Architects and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation are well underway in the development of the premier hotel destination that will impress and delight Minnesota travelers and locals alike. In keeping with MAC’s mission, GH will create and manage exceptional guest experiences within a visually captivating setting that exemplifies and celebrates local history, arts, culture, and ambiance. The hotel brand will be formally announced in the coming months.

The luxury, 300-room hotel is slated to open before the 2018 Super Bowl.
