TPG Hospitality announced yesterday that it has been selected as third party operator of the first Pullman-branded hotel in North America - the Pullman Miami. In the process of conversion from the Sofitel Miami, the 281-room Pullman Hotel is undergoing a renovation by owner Laurus Corporation.
“TPG Hospitality is proud to be selected as the hospitality management partner for the North American debut of the distinctive Pullman lifestyle brand. This speaks volumes about TPG Hospitality’s commitment to the emerging Lifestyle sector, as more brands and owners seek a trusted operating partner for the Lifestyle segment,” states Paul Sacco, Chief Development Officer for TPG Hospitality. Sacco continues, “The Pullman Miami fits in perfectly with our expanding portfolio of lifestyle and core hotels currently under third party management, under construction or in various stages of development throughout the U.S. We are thrilled to be further expanding our relationship with Laurus and, for the first time, partnering with Accor on this exciting lifestyle hotel project in Miami.”
The Pullman hotel is inspired by European design and focused on well-being. Returning guests will discover plenty of new features and experiential upgrades including fashionable guestrooms. The hotel is perfectly located near the Miami International Airport, the Blue Lagoon office area, close to South Beach and world class shopping at Dolphin Mall.
TPG Hospitality has multiple lifestyle properties currently under construction including California’s first Marriott AC Hotel in San Jose and a major lifestyle conversion underway in Oklahoma City to a contemporary Renaissance Waterford Hotel.
