Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro
The opening of Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro in spring 2016, which is designed as a 5-star urban resort, will mark new territory for the brand’s expansion within Latin America. The hotel’s 436 guestrooms and lobby are designed by the internationally acclaimed designer, Yabu Pushelberg, and will blend sleek modern design with the sophistication of coastal living and locally inspired elements. The renowned Brazilian architect, Arthur Casas, is designing the hotel’s three signature restaurants, each with exclusive food and beverage concepts, all featuring world-class quality with strong local connections.
The hotel will also feature a full-service spa with an array of relaxation, rejuvenation and beauty treatments, as well as a fully equipped 24-hour gym and yoga/movement studio. An integrated conference and events center will accommodate a range of options for upscale meetings, conferences, social events and weddings, complete with a dedicated staff to assist in planning and execution.
