Rezidor, introduces the lifestyle select brand Radisson RED to Jeddah, the second largest city in Saudi Arabia: the Radisson RED Makarunah featuring 280 units is scheduled to open in Q2 2018. At the same time, Rezidor announced the mid-scale Park Inn by Radisson Madinah Road: the 84-rooms property will be the first operational Park Inn in Jeddah and welcome the first guests in Q1 2017.

The Radisson RED Makarunah will be located close to major lifestyle and entertainment areas in Jeddah such as Tahlia Street, Corniche Road, Mall of Arabia and Red Sea Mall. The international airport will be 11km away. Besides 280 rooms, the hotel will comprise the signature restaurant Ktchn + Ouibar, a further speciality restaurant and a pool bar, 315sqm of meeting facilities, a gym and a pool.

The Park Inn by Radisson Madinah Road will open its doors on one of the main axes of Jeddah: Madinah Road cuts directly through the city centre and is the sole road connecting the North and South of Jeddah. The hotel will offer 84 comfortable guest rooms, an all-day-dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, 170sqm of meeting space, and a gym.
Park Inn by Radisson has recently been re-launched as a fresh and dynamic mid-scale offer for the growing guest segment of Gen X and Y, and is based on the three pillars of “choice”, “connectivity” and “community”.
