Magnuson Hotels yesterday announced a 35.15% revenue increase for YTD 2016 over 2015. The company also reports a 22.84% increase in ADR (average daily rate) for reservations generated in 2016 vs. 2015.
Driving the performance increase are continued lower US gas prices, strong job growth and increased consumer brand recognition. Magnuson implemented a national rebranding of its three brands in 2015 while introducing its "Follow the Star" advertising campaign on a national basis.
Notable new branded hotels include the Magnuson Hotel Convention Center New York City, the Magnuson Hotel Framingham and Magnuson Hotel Marshal TX.
