Hoteliers attending the fourth annual Revenue Strategy Summit (RSS) are encouraged to take advantage of a discount promoted by the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) in conjunction with CHR member Duetto. More than 300 participants are expected at the RSS, which is set for July 7, at the Renaissance Washington, D.C., Downtown Hotel.
The RSS keynote speaker will be Greg Marsh, co-founder of luxury vacation home pioneer onefinestay. In addition to the keynote, the summit combines educational break-out sessions and networking among hotel senior executives from brands, ownership groups, and management companies, together with industry leaders who are responsible for increasing revenue and optimizing demand.
Duetto co-founder and CEO Patrick Bosworth encourages hoteliers to use the exclusive discount, using code CHR to get $50 off registration rates. Registration for RSS is $695 for hoteliers and $1,095 for suppliers. Along with Duetto, the RSS summit is co-hosted by Kalibri Labs and Silver Hospitality Group.
"We are delighted to be joined by Greg Marsh, a true hospitality innovator," said Bosworth. "RSS is the only industry conference that focuses exclusively on disruption and the forces propelling it forward. Greg is one of the leading thinkers and practitioners in that space, bringing together technological innovation and the highest standards of personalized service."
Based at the School of Hotel Administration, Cornell's CHR has published a comprehensive series of revenue management studies, both in its CHR Reports series and as articles in Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, the school's journal of applied research.
RSS panel presentations and discussions include:
Merging on the Digital Highway: Loyalty, Direct Booking, Airbnb and the Battle for Today's Consumer;
New Players, New Models: Disruptive Technologies;
Demystifying the Digital Marketplace for Hotels; and
Revenue Strategy: In Pursuit of Optimal Profit Contribution.
