The Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort has announced a management agreement with Crescent Hotels & Resorts.
“After the investments we’ve made in our recently completed renovations and improvements throughout the property, we believe that adding Crescent’s renowned level of service will best position The Newport for future growth,” said Steven Hurowitz, Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort Owner. “We look forward to how they will support our commitment to excellence with their vast knowledge and expertise in the hotel and resort industry.”
Known as a tropical getaway landmark since 1967, the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort is an important part of the Sunny Isles Beach landscape. The beautiful oceanfront property has been catering to couples, families and individual travelers for decades. The recent multi-million dollar interior and exterior renovations provide more modern amenities for guests, while still preserving the nostalgia of the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort’s distinguished history. From the valet area and lobby, to the restaurant, guestrooms and pool deck, the redesign never compromised any of the hotel’s unique architectural characteristics.
“The Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort is a great fit for our expertise,” said Michael George, Chief Executive Officer of Crescent Hotels & Resorts. “Our unique approach as an elite property manager, combined with our award-winning standards for service, and our experience across Florida and other major destination markets, will allow us to build upon the Newport’s enduring success.”
Set against the white sands and warm turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean, the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort has 355 rooms, including 20 two-bedroom suites and five on-site dining venues including local hotspot Kitchen 305.
