Customer Alliance has taken it’s partnership with TripAdvisor to the next level amplifying their customer’s reputation on the travel giants ever-relevant portal. Review Analytics now enables users to direct their guests reviews to TripAdvisor in many simple ways and increase their return rates by automating the “create account” step. The TripAdvisor-Customer Alliance process auto-completes the fields for creating a TripAdvisor account with the guest information gathered from Review Analytics. The customer merely needs to confirm they would like to create their TripAdvisor account after completing their review form.
Guest data between Customer Alliance and TripAdvisor will only be shared when the customer agrees to sharing their data.
This partnership furthers Customer Alliance’s goal of helping hotels collect authentic guest feedback and providing users the most comprehensive overview of their online reputation across all relevant portals.
