The Holiday Inn Express NW—Park 100 is an excellent hotel investment to take advantage of the growth in Indianapolis and is well located to attract demand from local businesses, corporate travelers and downtown conventions. The 121 room hotel sold for $6,000,000 to Park Property Investments, LLC. The hotel shall remain a HIX until conversion and brand updates to Best Western Plus which are expected to be completed by year-end 2017.
