HawksView Hospitality, a Colorado-based member of Hotel Brokers International, announces the successful marketing and sale of two hotels in the first quarter of this year. The hotels sold include the Hampton Inn & Suites, which has 84-rooms, built in 2006 and the Super 8, which has 74-rooms, built in 2002; both hotels are located in Parker, Colorado. The City of Parker is in Douglas County which is experiencing strong growth that continues to drive excellent revenue to each hotel.
Both hotels were exclusively listed by Steve C. Quintana of HawksView Hospitality. The Hampton Inn & Suites was sold to an experienced hotel owner from out of state wanting to invest in the Colorado hotel market. The Super 8 was sold to an experienced local hotel owner-operator. HawksView Hospitality procured the Buyer for the Hampton Inn & Suites transaction and worked with another brokerage firm who represented the Buyer for the Super 8.
“I’m happy to be a part of each transaction and be able to assist my client with finding the most suitable Buyers for the Hampton and Super 8,” said Quintana, who also added, “With the on-going growth in the Colorado market, the new owners will have continued success with the hotels.”
