Lodging Partners, LLC – a member of Hotel Brokers International – is pleased to announce it has arranged the sale of the Comfort Inn Asheboro, North Carolina.  The 89-Unit, two-story Comfort Inn Asheboro is very well located along a highly trafficked corridor of I-74 & I-73 and near area businesses, the North Carolina Zoo, Seagrove Pottery and Victory Junction.  The Hotel, which sold via the platform, was acquired by a regional hotel investor.  The new ownership group has plans to eventually reposition the property to a Country Inn & Suites.
