The groundbreaking ceremony for Arnava Hotel & Residence, Batu was held on the 20th May 2017, launching the development of this mixed-use property. Ideally situated for easy access to all of Batu City’s attractions and less than 20 kilometers northwest of Malang, Arnava Hotel & Residence, Batu, will be developed over 7,000 m2 at an investment cost of approximately IDR 150 billion.

Sales and bookings have already begun rolling in for the development according to Endang Rarasati, President of PT Tera Asia Propertindo and in charge of marketing for the property, who stated that the first six months are already sold-out and at Arnava Hotel and Residence, that 60 units have been sold primarily as second homes, and that thanks to multiple investment avenues being used for this project, the development is projected to significantly boost local investment. The majority of buyers and investors for this project currently come from Surabaya and Malang City, with others from further afield drawn to Batu City as the ideal location for a long-term investment, especially for their children, thanks to the city’s cultural and educational excellence and the development’s proximity to Jatim Park 1 and Jatim Park 2, and all local attractions and amenities. The Arnava Hotel and Residence development is slated for launch at the end of 2018.
