Crystal Investment Property, LLC, a member of Hotel Brokers International, announced today that they have appointed two new Investment Associates to their Portland office staff. Andrew J. Kennedy joins the firm effective immediately and Chelsea N. Welborn is expanding her current role with the brokerage.
Andrew J. Kennedy is a recent graduate from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Prior to his business studies, Andrew served his country from 2008 to 2012 in the United States Marine Corps. He was stationed at Camp Pendleton as well as serving overseas in Okinawa and Afghanistan. Andrew brings exceptional discipline, focus and financial acumen to his role serving the needs of hotel owners and investors in the Pacific Northwest.
Chelsea N. Welborn joined Crystal Investment Property in 2015 as Director of Marketing, managing development and implementation of all media channels for active listings, institutional communication, and investor outreach. Chelsea graduated in 2014 from University of Portland with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and gained extensive experience as a marketing and systems administration consultant working with a diverse range of businesses in the Pacific Northwest. Chelsea is expanding her role as she manages a staff of marketing assistants and moves towards greater active client involvement as an Investment Associate.
