Based in Denver, CO, Stay Delightful enables hotels to connect with guests pre-, during, and post-stay over SMS and communicate across their teams through a web interface and mobile app. Stay Delightful will be rebranded as eDirect™and complement Nor1’s existing suite of industry-leading merchandising and pricing solutions.
