In the recently released Q4‘20 United States Construction Pipeline Trend Report from Lodging Econometrics (LE), the franchise companies with the largest U.S. construction pipelines at year-end 2020 are Marriott International with 1,397 projects/184,775 rooms, followed by Hilton Worldwide with 1,290 projects/150,294 rooms, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) with 826 projects/84,397 rooms.

In the recently released quarterly United States Construction Pipeline Trend Report from Lodging Econometrics (LE), the franchise companies with the largest construction pipelines at the end of the second quarter of 2020 are Marriott International with 1,487 projects/195,952 rooms, followed by Hilton Worldwide with 1,395 projects/160,078 rooms, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) with 920 projects/94,499 rooms.

According to the United States Construction Pipeline Trend Report from Lodging Econometrics (LE), the franchise companies with the largest construction pipelines at the end of the first quarter of 2020 are Marriott International with 1,556 projects/204,244 rooms, followed by Hilton Worldwide with 1,413 projects/161,743 rooms, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) with 954 projects/97,547 rooms.

In the third quarter of 2018, analysts at Lodging Econometrics (LE) report that the top five markets with the largest total hotel construction pipelines are: New York City with 170 projects/29,630 rooms; Dallas with 157 projects/18,954 rooms; Houston with 150 projects/16,473 rooms; Los Angeles with 141 projects/24,129 rooms; and Nashville with 115 projects/15,179 rooms.
