AHLEI Names North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association 2014 Outstanding PSA

The North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association (NCRLA), under the leadership of president and CEO Lynn Minges, has been recognized by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute(AHLEI) for achieving the highest percentage increase in their year-over-year sales of AHLEI products among all American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) Partner State Associations (PSA) in 2014.

AH&LA Applauds Entire Florida Congressional Delegation for Urging FTC to Open Investigation Into Online Booking Deceptions

The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) today praised the Florida Congressional Delegation after they sent a letter to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chairwoman Edith Ramirez urging the agency to immediately open an investigation into companies deceptively targeting consumers with misleading online hotel websites. The letter was signed by all 27 Members of the delegation.
