Adria Hotel Forum;

Adria Hotel Forum is the leading Southeast European hotel investment conference held every year in Zagreb, Croatia and visited by international and regional hotel industry experts. The sixth edition of Adria Hotel Forum (AHF) will be held on February 14th and 15th 2018 in Sheraton hotel in Zagreb with the following theme: OUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.

The theme is related to the geopolitical situation in Europe and the main questions: Are we managing growth or is it “happening” to us? and Are we competitive?

In addition, AHF 2018 participants will be discussing challenges of Human Resources in tourism, how New Technologies can increase efficiency and decrease development cost, where the region stands within the Hotel Investment Attractiveness Index and what are future investors' strategies, hotel companies on stock exchange market as well as compare city market in the SEE region… and many others.

The Forum is envisioned as a group of selected industry participants who can bring important and necessary structural changes with their actions.

E. Murat Yilmaz (Vice President of Business Development for Deutsche Hospitality) is responsible for leading, sourcing and executing the growth strategy of Deutsche Hospitality portfolio of three brands in Mediterranean and Eastern Europe Countries.

Wolfgang Gold (Global Franchise Director, Easyhotel) joined easyHotel plc to expand the company’s development efforts. His remit includes evaluating potential opportunities to grow the company’s existing presence in the UK and Europe, as well as assessing prospective opportunities across the globe.

Lukas Hochedlinger (Managing Director Central & Northern Europe, Christie&Co) opened the Vienna office of Christie & Co in 2010 and has been responsible for the successful expansion and growth of the company in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe.

George Tziallas (Secretary-General for Tourism Policy and Development, Ministry of Tourism, Greece) has extensive experience in spatial planning and in strategic/operational planning, as well as in business process re-engineering and in ICT projects.

Adam Konieczny (Development Director for Poland And Eastern Europe, Louvre Hotels Group) goal is to develop the brands of the group through franchise, management and lease contracts in the region.

Evgenia Jenkins (CEO, Netizen Group) has a strong background in Hotel Operations – she started her career working for Marriott and Sheraton then continued as Business Development Director at IHG and Accor Groups.

Lachezar Nikolaev Todorov is CEO with Terra Tour Service Eood - a company focused in investment in and operation of hotels, vacation real-estate and other tourist and recreational facilities.

Gregor Jamnik (CEO, Hotel Best Western Premier Slon) successfully restructured a dated company into a modern property with optimized processes to maximize the profitability, guest satisfaction and quality of services and facilities.

Until now AHF has gathered more than 1500 attendees, 200 panelists, 90 round-table discussion sand presentations, and more than 140 partners.
